MY TRAINING
A BLENDED APPROACH
My training is rooted in functional medicine, positive psychology and spiritual life coaching, blending the best of western psychology and eastern spiritualities to deliver a completely unique, multi-dimensional coaching experience that offers different techniques at different stages of our journey.

It is a holistic approach that promotes connection to your mind, body, and spirit from a place of inner knowing and confidence.
Here's How I'm Different
MY APPROACH
FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE HEALTH COACHING
Functional Medicine restores health by focusing and identifying the root cause of poor health, taking into account the whole person - including environment, genetics and lifestyle factors. Functional Medicine treats the body as an interconnected whole. It’s holistic. We recognise that to treat one part, the other parts must be considered because they are connected.
Imagine your kitchen sink is overflowing and flooding the kitchen. Rather than just using towels to mop up the mess, Functional Medicine turns off the taps, fostering and restoring real wellness and creating long lasting change.

SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING

Spiritual Life coaching helps you change your life by changing the way you operate on a deeper level. Understanding yourself and your world around you from a spiritual perspective can help you lead a more meaningful life. Working with a spiritual life coach can reveal your life purpose to you and help you clear out any energetic blocks to living the life that you were always meant to live. Using a combination of holistic tools such as somatic and embodiment, feminine and masculine integration, ayurveda, human design, chakras and Koshas, spiritual life coaching will help you discover and live in alignment with your purpose, enhance your intuition and experience an ongoing flow of creativity, confidence and courage.

POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
Positive psychology is a scientific approach to studying human thoughts, feelings, and behaviour, with a focus on strengths instead of weaknesses and building the good in life instead of repairing the bad in order help people flourish and live their best lives. As a field, positive psychology spends much of its time thinking about topics like character strengths, optimism, life satisfaction, happiness, wellbeing, gratitude, compassion (as well as self-compassion), self-esteem and self-confidence, hope, and elevation. Put simply, “Positive psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living”.
